The average asking price for a four bed semi-detached house in Kerry has increased by almost nine per cent in a year to €146,500. That’s according to the latest survey by Property website My Home.ie and Davy stockbrokers for the first quarter of the year. There is a slight increase in asking prices for this property type in the county compared to the final quarter of 2015. However, the average asking price for a three bed semi-detached house has remained unchanged from the previous quarter at €130,000. That is a decrease of almost 47 per cent from peak property prices.
