The Killarney art gallery has pledged 1,000 euro to a Cystic Fibrosis Group in the county after hearing their appeal on the Kerry Today programme. The group wants to raise 200,000 euro to set up a centre of excellence for Cystic Fibrosis patients in Cork.They have begun a wrist band campaign in spar shops nationwide. Joe Browne`s four year old son is one of almost 50 patients in Kerry. He says the centre will make a huge difference to their lives.
