Kerry was one of the three counties where the price of 3 bed semis remained unchanged at 125,000 euro. The author of the report, Conall MacCoille, Chief Economist at Davy, said the data points to a modest increase in house prices for the remainder of 2015. With a general election looming, he urges the Government to avoid introducing any measures aimed at relaxing credit constraints and inappropriately stimulating demand even further.
