It’s been confirmed that the company which chose Killarney and Dublin to host its 2015 sales force meeting is Chicago based insurance company American Auto Insurance. Sales and Marketing Director at The Europe Hotel Jerry Browne has confirmed that groups of 200 will spend four nights a week at the hotel over a 10 week period next summer. The remaining three nights each week will be spent at The Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin. Killarney is punching above its weight having beaten off competition from cities like London and Edinburgh. It’s estimated that with over 2000 delegates staying for 7 nights, the event will bring a boost of over €9m to the Irish economy. Mr Browne says the event is the largest conference booking since 2000: [audio_player src=”http://media.radiokerry.ie/mediamanager/embed/audio/27359/medium/”]
