64 % yearly increase in the number of people waiting on trolleys in Kerry General Hospital

There’s been a 64% yearly increase in the number of people waiting on trolleys at Kerry General Hospital. Last July, the number of people waiting on trolleys in wards and the Emergency Department was 25; this year the figure jumped to 71. The organisation is scheduled to discuss the issue with the Health Minister Leo Varadkar next month.
