3,500 cyclists to take part in Ring of Beara Cycle

Three and a half thousand cyclists will take part in the second annual Ring of Beara cycle this weekend. Kenmare 15th AugustIt’s worth 1.8 million euro to the Kenmare and Beara communities. Some parking spaces will be taken up by organisers and traffic arrangements will be in place in Henry Street and the Square. One of the organisers of the event Mickey Ned O’Sullivan says around 300 volunteers will be helping keep the major event to run smoothly.
