14 people in Kerry fined for failing to lodge income tax returns

14 people in Kerry have been fined for failing to lodge income tax returns by Revenue. The fines cover the period from 1st July to 30th September and range from €1,250 to €5,000. revenue The data is contained in the latest defaulter’s list published by Revenue. Three people were sanctioned for failing to lodge VAT returns. Carpenter Colm Kelleher of Stansend, Caherciveen was fined €15,000 and architect James Kellegher of Coolnadeed, Ballymacelligott was fined €13,750. Builder/building contractor Brian O’Halloran of Fahamore, Castlegregory was fined €5,000 and also fined €1,250 for failing to lodge a P35 return. Lartigue Enterprises Limited, Golf Hotel, Ballybunion was fined €1,250 for failing to lodge corporation tax returns. Four  fines of €2,500 each were handed out in Kerry for misuse of marked mineral oil: Magdalena Anna Dral of Knockmanagh, Kilcummin, Killarney, Noel Hennessy of Glenahue, Castlegregory, Cyprian Kedzierski of 28 Woodview Park, Killeen Road, Tralee and James Quilligan of 3 Clonmore Road, Tralee.
